Delete Account

You can delete your STEM EGT account and data at any time. You can start deletion in two ways.

Delete from the app

Steps:

  • Open STEM EGT and sign in to your account
  • Go to the Settings section
  • Tap the request account deletion option and confirm

Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by writing from your account email address to [email protected]. We process the request after verifying your identity.

Data that is deleted

When you delete your account, the following is removed:

  • Your account and profile details
  • Your profile photo and images you shared
  • Your game scores and leaderboard entries

Data we keep

We may need to keep some records for a limited period as required by law. When that period ends, the related data is permanently deleted as well.
